Working with talented Architectural Practices we can produce a design that satisfies your own personal needs. We can offer estimated costings during the design process, drawing from our considerable experience.
Planning and building
We work very closely with the local Planning Authority, Highland Council, to make sure all factors are considered before we begin siting a new building. We can build on your own plot subject to conditions. We also build on our own Sites as part of a build/purchase option. Often customers can secure a new home before it is built; please ask for further details.
Environmental efficiencies
Building Standards are continually moving towards better insulated, more energy efficient buildings. We have plenty of experience in these areas and can help with cost effective designs. If you have particular requirements for special heating systems or power generating systems we can help guide you through these options.
Landscaping
Campbell Homes can offer advice on how to finish off your property in respect of your garden and any hard landscaping you may require. We work with a number of specialists who can provide examples of their work taking into consideration the local terrain and climate.
